Job Summary

Regional General Managers (RGM) are responsible for leading General Managers & City Operations teams to delivering world class fleet operations in their Region. RGMs must oversee daily operations, manage budgets and performance objectives and lead cross functional product, vehicle and operational projects. RGMs are accountable for achieving regional net revenue targets through ensuring a healthy portfolio of Fleet Operations partners, strong, localized market management and deployment practice, appropriate pricing structures and strong policy relationships. This role relies on strong leadership, policy and operational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Budget Setting & Performance Management: Set operational and budgetary targets for your regions.
  • Market Strategy & Decision Making: Strategies and decide on the appropriate pricing, operational, vehicle and policy structure for your region with the goal of hitting top line revenue goals
  • Project Leadership: Drives cross-functional  projects to accelerate the success of the business
  • Leadership:  Build and manage a team diverse team within your local markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years in market management
  • 6+ years of people management experience
  • 4+ years in heavy operational environment
  • Extremely high EQ
  • Ability to lead large teams 
  • Data driven
  • Complex problem solving ability
  • 25-30%. Frequent travel within the markets.
