The following terms apply to this Minimum Guarantee:

– All Birds must be captured between Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at 4:00 AM PST and Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at 11:59 PM PST.

– All Birds must be released into a Nest by their due time, and fully charged to count towards the promotion.

– Birds captured before Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at 4:00 AM and are Snoozed by the Charger do not qualify for the promotion.

– This Guarantee is a one time incentive under the Services Agreement. You will be eligible to receive the Guarantee only if you meet the minimum requirements of the special promotion: at least 12 tasks completed. (charged and released Birds)

– Participants must opt-in to promotion via “https://bird-rides.typeform.com/to/DFOPZN?user=xxxxx&email=xxxxx&name=xxxxx” to be eligible.

– Release rating during the promotion must average 90% or higher.

– No more than two captures of the same Bird will count toward the charge requirement.

– Participation in this promotion is subject to the Services Agreement and Bird reserves the right to deny any promotion payout if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in suspected fraud or abuse or otherwise have violated the terms of the Services Agreement. Determination of whether you have met the minimum requirements to receive the payout is at the sole discretion of Bird.

– Promotion is available for the original recipient. Promotion may not be shared or distributed. 

– This promotion runs for a limited time only.

– Payment for this promotion will happen on or before Friday, September 6, 2019, at 5:00 PM PST.
