The following terms apply to this Minimum Guarantee:

– All Birds must be captured between Saturday, September 7, 2019, at 12:00 AM PST and Sunday, September 8, 2019, at 11:59 PM PST.
– All Birds must be captured after 12:00 AM and released into a Nest before 9:00 PM the same day they were captured, and fully charged to count towards the promotion.
– If a Bird is due the same day that it is captured, the Bird must be completed by its due time to count towards the promotion.
– Birds captured before Saturday, September 6, at 12:00 AM and are Snoozed by the Charger do not qualify for the promotion.
– This promotion is a one time incentive under the Services Agreement. You will be eligible to receive the promotion only if you meet the minimum requirements of the special promotion listed on the promotional email. (charged and released Birds)
– Release rating during the promotion must average 90% or higher.
– No more than two captures of the same Bird will count toward the charge requirement.
– Participation in this promotion is subject to the Services Agreement and Bird reserves the right to deny any promotion payout if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in suspected fraud or abuse or otherwise have violated the terms of the Services Agreement. Determination of whether you have met the minimum requirements to receive the payout is at the sole discretion of Bird.
– This promotion runs for a limited time only.
– Payment for this promotion will happen on or before Friday, September 13, 2019, at 5:00 PM PST.
