Every day, essential workers are on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19 to ensure that critical services are continued at a time when more than 33% of the world is on lockdown.

To honor these individuals, the team at Bird has created a Local Heroes program allowing people to nominate workers and volunteers in their communities who are playing a crucial role in the fight against the current global health crisis. Simply fill out the brief online form and we’ll recognize your submitted Local Heroes on our website and social media channels throughout the coming weeks.
We’ll also award free Bird scooters to a select number of nominees in cities across the US to help them fulfill their responsibilities without worrying about personal transportation.
