Bird and Nitto ATP Finals Partner to Promote Sporting and Mobility Excellence

It’s a perfect match.

The Nitto ATP Finals celebrate unparalleled excellence on the tennis court. At Bird, we’re committed to this same kind of micromobility excellence in cities.

That’s why Bird is proud to have been selected as the Official Urban Micro-Mobility Partner of the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin, Italy, the prestigious season-ending event organized by ATP, a global governing body of men’s professional tennis, and the Federazione Italiana Tennis (FIT), the national tennis governing body in Italy.

In addition to ensuring strategic vehicle placement near hotels and stadiums such as the Pala Alpitour for easy access to sustainable transportation, Bird also provided spectators and ATP staff with free rides.

“Bird is committed to developing strong partnerships that celebrate excellence and amplify the benefits of sustainable, micro-electric mobility,” said Rebecca Hahn, Chief Corporate Social Responsibility Officer at Bird. “We are proud to have collaborated with the Nitto ATP Finals in Turn, enabling thousands of spectators and staff to use a convenient, fun and low-carbon mode of transportation for the event.”

But our support for low-emission transportation didn’t end there. The champions of the event—German Alexander Zverev, winner of the singles tournament, and French duo Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut, winners of the doubles tournament—were each gifted personal Bird Air scooters.

Bird’s partnership with the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin is our latest high-visibility collaboration in Italy, highlighting our leading operations in the country. Earlier this year, our partnership with Trenitalia, Italy’s primary train operator, increased access to sustainable, multimodal transportation for millions of residents and travelers.
